Last updated: 27 July 2026 · DOCBRIDGE RESOLUTION SERVICES LIMITED · Ontario Corporation No. 1001679348

DocBridge Resolution Services ("DocBridge", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect from enquirers, clients and referral partners, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to you and to prepare dispute documentation, including:

  • Contact details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number and organisation.
  • Enquiry details — the type of matter, and any description you choose to share with us.
  • Engagement information — the documents and records you provide so that we can prepare your dispute file.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, scope and quote work, prepare the dispute documentation you engage us for, communicate with you about that work, and meet our record-keeping and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Confidentiality of dispute material

Documents and details you provide in connection with a dispute are treated as confidential. Access is limited to those working on your file, and material is used only to prepare the documentation you have engaged us to produce. See our Terms & Disclaimer for more on confidentiality and the scope of our services.

How we protect it

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, it is securely disposed of.

Sharing

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except where you direct us to (for example, sending your prepared file to a mediator or professional you have chosen), where necessary to deliver a service you have requested, or where required by law. Any service providers we rely on are expected to protect your information to a comparable standard.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent or opt out of non-essential communications at any time, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
