Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 27 July 2026 · DOCBRIDGE RESOLUTION SERVICES LIMITED · Ontario Corporation No. 1001679348

DocBridge Resolution Services is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide a website that is usable, clear and inclusive, and we continually work to improve the experience for all visitors.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading structure for straightforward navigation.
  • Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Maintain colour contrast that meets AA thresholds for text and interface elements.
  • Ensure the site is operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
  • Respect the "reduce motion" setting for visitors who prefer minimal animation.
  • Build a responsive layout that works across phones, tablets and desktops.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time task. We review our website periodically and address issues as we become aware of them. If you use assistive technology and encounter a barrier on this site, we want to hear about it.
